What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Delivery fee up to 10 USD to 1000 USD depending on the weight of the final product for all wedding dress and wedding gown and up to 13 USD for single items excluding wedding dresses

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We accept Payment by card in the likes of master/Verve/Visa and any other foreign debit cards. we have a second option of wired or fund transfer from your local bank to our cooperate account.

WARMING!!! please do not make payment to bank accounts that are not confirmed by us and banks account name must be EMMANUEL’S BLOG TV NIG LTD.

How long will delivery take?

it takes 15 working days to make your wedding dress and somethings some days extra and 5 working days for delivery and that’s a total of 20 working days.
So, we advice ordering your wedding dress ahead to the day of use at least 30 days ahead. .

Note that all our dress are custom made. instructions on how you send measurements will be communicated to you after you have completed your orders

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Our payment security system encrypts your payment details, such as credit card number, bank account number, and address. This information is encrypted using industry standard encryption during transmission with the appropriate banking institution during order processing. 

What exactly happens after ordering?

We will contact you immediately 

  1. to send your measurements
  2. Give us extra details you want on your dress
  3. if you have made the order by mistake you will be refunded only if your items are yet to be processed
  4. May be you would like to deliver to another address . these information’s will be collected immediately after making your orders
Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, We will be sending a double invoice to you.

  1. An automatic invoice of your order from our store and.
  2. Another invoice from the brand making your dress.
Where is your company located? and are you a registered brand/Organisation
